We only use premium products. The Olivier Claire, Comfort Zone and Nougatine laboratories control the traceability of each raw material, to extract from nature the best for your skin.

Extension of the splendid 16th century building, listed as a Historic Monument and home to the prestigious 5-star hotel, the SPA by Hermitage Gantois is the only spa with heated swimming pool in Lille. The carefully decorated place and the personalized VIP welcome invite you to let go as you arrive by immersing yourself in a relaxing calm, ideal to free you from daily tensions.
Access to the SPA facilities (swimming pool and hammam) is included one hour before the start of the treatments. The duration of the treatments includes the reception, the diagnosis and the drink offered at the end of the treatment. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment to take the time to relax.
For your comfort, a bathrobe, flip-flops and a bath towel will be provided upon your arrival.
Access to the swimming pool and hammam is reserved exclusively for Spa and Hotel customers. The swimming pool is accessible from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Children are welcome at the Spa pool only and under adult supervision, respecting the notions of discretion and tranquility for other customers. Ball games, jumps and dives are not allowed.

The Spa welcomes you into the world of three expert brands for your well-being: Olivier Claire (high-end, tailor-made treatments, based on effectiveness, naturalness and authenticity), Comfort Zone (certified Italian brand Bcorporation and natural offering innovative treatments).
You will be able to choose face and body treatments, slimming treatments or anti-aging treatments from one or other of the three brands according to your desires, their particularities or the advice of our qualified beauticians.
Different massages are available to you: gentle or firming at Olivier Claire, with brushes for a unique sensory and olfactory experience at Comfort Zone, moments of parent/child bonding at Nougatine , or tailor-made to release muscular tensions and rebalance energies. We also have aesthetic treatments such as hand/foot care, nail care and hair removal.

A few minutes spent in this spa with hammam in Lille are guaranteed hours of well-being. The moist heat that is released frees the airways and pores of the skin to clean them thoroughly. You will feel invigorated, rejuvenated from within. A visit to the hammam will perfectly complement a treatment session.
